| eyehk | : | 漸進眼鏡片 (Multi-focal lenses / progressive lenses): - 一種眼鏡片,它的屈光度數隋鏡片的位置變化 A kind of spectacle lenses with multiple foci for varying distance. - 屈光度數的變化通常是垂直的, 如漸進老花眼鏡片上方是看遠景物的(>6m),中間是看中距離的(~100cm-50cm),下方是看近距離的(<50cm) The changing of focal power usually in vertical manner. For example, the top zone is for distance >6m, middle zone for intermediate distance (~100cm-50cm), bottom zone for reading (<50cm). - 鏡片的現面設計需要精密的電腦計算 The design of lens surface needs sophisticated calculations. - 用途 Usage: - 治療老花,眼睛調節力不足和控制/減慢近視加深的兒童漸進眼鏡 Treatment for presbyopia (old sight), accommodation insufficiency and children myopic control. - 缺點 Disadvantages: - 價錢是一般單一度數鏡片的好幾倍至十多倍 Usually the price is higher than most of the single focal lenses - 鏡片的兩旁出現影像變形, 使得配戴者難以適應 Distortion at peripheral zones (鏡片的兩旁影像變形越少,視野越廣闊, 越舒適) (the less distortion, the more comfortable will experienced) - 市面上的漸進眼鏡片價錢差異很大, 兩旁越少影像變形的設計,價錢越貴 The price range of progressive lenses are very big.
